About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and energetic individual to join our team as a Lift Attendant at Conservation Halton. As a key member of our Lift Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our chair and surface lifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain safe and orderly loading and unloading of the chair and surface lifts
  • Ensure all guests have a valid and visible lift ticket
  • Maintain loading and unloading ramps, signage, and corals to approved standards
  • Perform physical duties such as shoveling snow and lifting heavy objects
  • Ensure compliance with approved operating procedures and regulations
Requirements
  • Professional, energetic, and dependable individual with a passion for working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service and safety
  • Previous customer service, lift operations, and skiing and/or snowboarding experience is an asset
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 3 shifts per week for part-time positions
  • Able to lift up to 20 pounds, stand, and walk for long periods of time
