Operations Manager

At The Leadership Agency, we're seeking a highly skilled and organized Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and run weekly operations meetings to ensure all gears are turning smoothly
  • Collaborate closely with our Logistics Coordinator and Client Experience Coordinator to achieve common goals
  • Take charge of onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing offer letters and coordinating performance evaluations
  • Oversee the coordination of onboarding training and ensure effective IT support through regular weekly touchpoint calls
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of compliance-related documents, including insurance forms, annual reports, and law society memberships
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, working with various departments to achieve common goals
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple responsibilities
  • Proven ability to wear multiple hats and contribute wherever needed to support the team's success
