Construction Cost Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Cost Estimator to join our team at Charles Joseph Plastering LTD. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for preparing accurate labour and material cost estimates for our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labour and materials
- Conduct economic feasibility studies and provide preliminary estimates for proposed projects
- Develop and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms
- Advise on tendering procedures and analyze tenders to recommend awards
- Establish cost monitoring and reporting systems to ensure project efficiency
- Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to discuss changes and adjustments to cost estimates
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in construction cost estimation
- Proven ability to analyze complex cost data and provide accurate estimates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
