As a Warehouse Associate at Uline, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to receive, check-in and put away overnight stock quickly and accurately. You will also be responsible for replenishing picking locations and unloading trailers. Additionally, you will manage warehouse stock and inventory control, ensuring that all items are stored properly and easily accessible when needed.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organizational and time management skills. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain high levels of productivity while adhering to safety protocols. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as experience operating a forklift in an overnight warehouse environment. You should be physically fit and able to lift, push and slide packages weighing 50 to 70 lbs.

In return for your hard work and dedication, Uline offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive company-paid extended health coverage, basic life insurance, disability and wellness programs after only 30 days. You will be eligible for RRSP with 6% employer match after 30 days, paid holidays and generous paid time off. Bonus programs include annual performance, sales goals and profit sharing. Uniforms are provided, and you will receive an annual safety shoe reimbursement.
