Be Epic is seeking a highly skilled Data Analysis Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating database management systems to analyze data and provide valuable insights to support business decisions.

The estimated salary for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with 40 hours of work per week.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can develop and implement data administration policy, standards, and models to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • You will lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and experience in a similar role is an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex data sets using database management systems to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and implement data administration policy, standards, and models to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analysis into business decision-making processes.
  • Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.
  • Collect and document user requirements to ensure accurate data analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a data analysis or database administration capacity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
