Bakery Specialist

Ava Bakery is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.
Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet our high standards.
- Draw up production schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically demanding work.
- Team player with patience and a positive attitude.
