Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Ava Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes.
- Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to meet our high standards.
- Train and supervise staff in food preparation and handling.
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of our products to meet customer expectations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ava Bakery is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. As a Bakery Specialist, you will be required to work in a physically demanding environment and be able to lift and move heavy objects.
