Job Role Description

As an Architectural or Interiors Technologist at Lemay

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in producing high-quality project design and construction document deliverables while maintaining the design intent.

The successful candidate will work on all phases of development, from Pre-Design to Construction Administration, supporting the Design team through technical documentation standards and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce technical drawings and construction details
  • Establish, verify, and correct technical construction concepts
  • Control production quality to meet technical project objectives
  • Coordinate and forecast resources to achieve project objectives
  • Coordinate and supervise internal production teams and other project-related professionals
  • Collaborate with the BIM Manager to ensure model and Construction Document delivery is aligned

Qualifications:

  • Architectural or Interior Design Technologist degree or diploma (Minimum)
  • Experience in architectural technical production
  • 3-6 years of experience in technical drawing
  • Ability to work with remote and local team members fluidly
  • Experience working on high-profile Interior and Architectural projects
  • Proficiency in Revit, Autodesk, and Adobe Suite Products
  • Proficient in 3D rendering software through Revit and equivalent products
  • Team spirit, ability to rally stakeholders around business decisions
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver support to multiple projects
  • Experience with sustainable building design is beneficial
