Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at Brookfield Properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, drafting, and producing construction documents, as well as coordinating permit and architectural approval applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce construction documents, including drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate permit and architectural approval applications
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design and construction requirements are met
  • Develop and maintain CAD/REVIT standards and plan consistency for all master files
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, codes, and regulations

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma in Architectural Technologies or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in residential new home construction
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and REVIT
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
