Job Title: Automotive Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team at L &L Mechanical Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units, diagnosing faults and malfunctions, and performing repairs and maintenance on vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Diagnose and repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service and road test motor vehicles
  • Test and adjust units to specifications and advise customers on work performed
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed and provide customer service
Requirements:
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field or equivalent experience
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification and Red Seal Certificate
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. The successful candidate must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a dusty and noisy environment.
