The Job – Water Damage Restoration Specialist

As a Water Damage Restoration Specialist at On Side Restoration, you will be responsible for responding to emergency situations, assessing damage, and implementing restoration plans to return properties to their pre-disaster state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency calls and assess damage to properties
  • Develop and implement restoration plans to minimize downtime and maximize recovery
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective restoration processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve services

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (or French in Quebec)
  • Physical fitness to perform tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and building construction

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a related field, such as construction, maintenance, or emergency response
  • Certifications in water damage restoration or related fields
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
