Job Summary:

The Academic Business Vice President will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of academic programs and policies, as well as overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the college.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve academic and business goals, including allocating resources and coordinating with departments.
  • Policy Development: Establish and maintain policies and procedures for academic programs, including curriculum development and accreditation.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the college, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the college, including human resources, facilities, and technology.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in higher education.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
