KPMG in Canada is currently seeking a skilled Elevated Workday Integration Specialist to join our team. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and passion for consulting to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented professional with a proven track record in Workday integration and configuration. As an Elevated Workday Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing client issues, developing innovative solutions using the latest technology, and building long-term business relationships with client teams and executives.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Analyzing client needs and developing tailored solutions using Workday tools and technologies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop integrated solutions.
  • Providing expert guidance on Workday configuration and customization.
  • Leading project delivery and ensuring timely completion of projects.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Workday integration and configuration, including EIB, DT, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Studio, BIRT reporting, custom reports, and calculated fields.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with client stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment, and lead teams and project deliverables.
  • Knowledge of Web Services, REST API, XML, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, JSON, Java, .Net, or other integration technologies.
  • Bilingual French/English spoken and written is an asset.
