Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Live-In Caregiver to join our Private Household team. As a live-in caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children in a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Household Management: Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the children.
  • Child Care: Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
  • Education Support: Help children with homework and provide support for their educational development.
  • Emotional Support: Tend to the emotional well-being of children and provide a nurturing environment.
  • Household Errands: Shop for food and household supplies, and perform other household errands as needed.
  • First Aid and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, and be prepared to administer first aid as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience in child care or a related field is an asset.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate is required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work is required.
