Exciting Opportunity for an Interior Designer in Luxury Retail

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is pleased to collaborate with a prominent architectural firm working on high-end retail design and commercial showrooms for discerning clients like Gucci. The firm seeks a collaborative individual willing to work closely with a diverse team of architects, designers, and interior designers.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating production drawings and collaborating on multiple projects. Given the company's focus on delivering exceptional quality, they require a candidate who can commit to daily office work for the initial few months. WFH options may be available once the team feels confident in the candidate's ability to work independently.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Applied Arts, or Fine Arts with a focus on interior design; certification in BCIN, NCIDQ, or ARIDO is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 4+ years of post-graduate experience with a portfolio showcasing retail projects, ideally in both Canada and abroad, preferably larger scale projects with a high level of detailing.
  • Expertise in producing high-quality designs, including CD, DD, FFE, millwork, signage, branding, and visualizations.
  • Experience working in structured teams, maintaining design standards, and proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Sketchup.
  • Strong time management and OBC skills are essential.
