About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team at Textron. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing mechanical components to ensure high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test mechanical components to meet quality and production standards
  • Operate various machinery and tools to perform assembly tasks
  • Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

Requirements

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Professionnal Diploma from EMAN (École des métiers de l'aérospatial de Montréal) in aeronautical mechanics
  • One (1) year of pertinent mechanical assembly experience and/or having good skills in mechanics
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
