**Job Summary**

Swift Technologies Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Plan to Produce Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion P2P and a proven track record of configuring and implementing Oracle Fusion P2P modules to align with client business processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Configure Oracle Fusion P2P modules to align with client business processes, organizational structure, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Develop and implement Oracle Fusion P2P solutions to meet client needs.
  • Work with business users to capture requirements and author functional designs.
  • Transition requirements/designs to technical developers and coordinate build, test, and deployment of new enhancements around P2P cycle.
  • Provide training to client teams on how to use Oracle custom/standard P2P solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with on-site teams to resolve issues and make recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, or scalability improvements as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful implementation of Oracle Fusion P2P solutions.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in implementing, rolling out, and supporting Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion P2P business process specific to manufacturing industries.
  • Experience with production support, updating configurations, testing, and deployments to production.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
