Job Summary:

Sutherland is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion P2P Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, rolling out, and supporting Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules, as well as a strong understanding of business processes, organizational structures, and industry-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Oracle Fusion P2P modules to align with client business processes, organizational structure, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of PIM, Inventory Management, Demand Management, Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, Global Order Promising, and Production Scheduling processes.
  • Collaborate with business users to capture requirements, author functional designs, and transition requirements/designs to technical developers.
  • Coordinate build, test, and deployment of new enhancements around P2P Cycle.
  • Provide production support, update configurations, test, and deploy to production.
  • Test the Oracle System and related processes.
  • Develop and deliver training to client teams on how to use Oracle custom/standard P2P solutions effectively.
  • Work independently to resolve issues against tickets from users based on SLA.
  • Make recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, or scalability improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with on-site teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in implementing, rolling out, and supporting Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Plan to Produce business process specific to manufacturing industries (Heavy Equipment).
  • Experience with Oracle Discrete Manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
