Job Title: Residential Construction Painter

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled painter to join our team at MAPLE LEAF DOORS INC. As a Residential Construction Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
  • Repair cracks and holes
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in various locations
  • Attention to detail, hand-eye co-ordination, and ability to distinguish between colours
  • Reliability and team player skills

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling
