Painter - Residential Construction

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at MAPLE LEAF DOORS INC. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
Work SettingOur team works in various locations, and you will be required to travel to different sites to complete your tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Work in a team environment to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to distinguish between colors.
- Physical ability to bend, crouch, and kneel.
You will be working in a variety of settings, including residential homes and construction sites. You will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces.
