Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Goodvibes Cannabis Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Authorize Payments: Ensure accurate and timely payment processing, including cheque authorization and reconciliation.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate inventory management, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize labor costs.
- Sell Merchandise: Foster a positive sales environment, promoting products and services to customers, and achieving sales targets.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, merchandising trends, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Resolve Issues: Effectively manage customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and implement inventory control measures to minimize losses.
- Supervise Staff: Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to sales associates to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
