Job Title: Retail Sales Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Clerk to join our team at Irvine Tack & Western Wear. As a Retail Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide advice on merchandise.
  • Sales: Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain sales records.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, fast-paced environment, and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Positive attitude, dependability, organized, team player, excellent oral communication, and client focus.
