Role Overview

Kerry's Place Autism Services seeks a skilled and compassionate Autism Support Professional to provide high-quality support services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

About the Position

This permanent part-time role will involve providing coaching and support in various aspects of daily life, including social skills, communication, and leisure activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide solutions to barriers impacting achievement of quality of life, ensuring Personal Outcomes are met for each individual.
  • Administer medication as per procedure.
  • Follow Behavioral and Crisis Protocols as documented.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, supports, and community members.
Requirements
  • A Human Services Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 1 year of related experience supporting individuals with ASD.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Benefits
