Key Responsibilities- Staff Training and Development
Train and develop our food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
Staff ManagementRecruit, hire, and manage a team of food and beverage servers, ensuring they are equipped to handle the demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Quality ControlOversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience at Capital Restaurant.
Work SchedulingEstablish and manage work schedules to ensure that our restaurant is adequately staffed at all times.
Requirements- Education
College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as hospitality or culinary arts.
ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience in a food service establishment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
CertificationsFood Safety Certificate and Serving It Right Certificate.
Work EnvironmentOur restaurant is a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a positive experience at Capital Restaurant. You will be expected to be client-focused and responsive to customer needs.
