Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inventory Coordinator/Receptionist. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and handling administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls
- Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person
- Prepare the daily bank deposit, stock vehicles, and provide administrative support
- Complete website updates and maintain databases
Requirements:
- Excellent over-the-phone and in-person customer service skills
- Highly organized and accurate with excellent multi-tasking skills
- A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
- Must have a valid Driver's License upon employment
