We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at ITFG Global Visa Consultancy Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the achievement of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Office Management
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including managing supplies and equipment.
    • Coordinate and manage office events and activities.
  • Communication and Customer Service

Requirements
  • Education
