About the Role

Funtasy Education Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Preschool Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Collaborate with our team to design and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of our young learners.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities, tell stories, teach songs, and plan educational outings to promote learning and development.
  • Logistics and Organization: Order supplies and equipment to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for supporting children's growth.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, community service providers, and parents to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Environment and Safety: Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes the well-being of children.
  • Activity Planning: Organize activities for school-age children before and after regular school hours, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Conditions: Physically demanding
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player, and ability to multitask
