Job Summary

TET Management Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our childcare centre, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Lead activities that foster creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning, including storytelling, singing, and exploring local attractions.
  • Encourage children to express themselves through various art forms, music, and physical activities, while guiding them in developing essential life skills.
  • Monitor children's progress, identifying potential learning or behavioral challenges, and collaborate with parents, guardians, or supervisors to address these concerns.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and share best practices in childcare.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to strict security and safety protocols, including criminal record checks and medical exams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community service providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
