About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Gregoire Car Wash/Chevron/Restaurant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to increase sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Determine and implement strategic plans to launch new product lines and expand our market share.
  • Organizational Development: Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to build strong relationships with business clients and negotiate sales contracts.
  • Operations Management: Organize and direct regional and divisional sales operations to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Evaluation: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, client focus, initiative, organized, and team player.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure and adapt to changing sales environments.
