About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Member Support Representative to join our team at Intact Financial Corporation. As a key member of our Group Benefits team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to regional groups across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients from diverse regional groups across Canada via telephone, face-to-face, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to their inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize your knowledge to effectively address client questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Ensure that each interaction leaves clients feeling supported and valued.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including printing and managing documents, handling paper and electronic mail, greeting and assisting walk-in members, and maintaining organized records of all interactions and transactions.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a call center, administrative support, or customer service role is essential, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Proficiency in both English and French is considered an asset, but not a requirement.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage printing, mail, greetings, and filing tasks efficiently.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze client inquiries, identify underlying issues, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate matters as necessary.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
