Job Overview

Mettler Toledo is seeking a skilled Telesales Representative to join its team at the Mississauga, ON location. This role involves generating and closing new sales leads through various channels, primarily outbound phone sales campaigns and inbound customer requests.

About the Role

This position requires a strong understanding of product lines and service offerings, as well as excellent selling skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned leads and opportunities, promoting products and services to small and medium accounts, and providing weekly updates on recurring business issues.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree or college diploma in Instrumentation, Automation, or an engineering discipline. Proficiency in both English and French language is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound telesales campaigns and manage assigned leads and opportunities.
  • Promote/quote products, services, and solutions to small and medium accounts.
  • Assist manager and senior management by providing weekly updates on recurring business issues.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or college diploma focused around Instrumentation, Automation, or any engineering discipline.
  • Proficiency in both English and French language is an asset.
