Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Build It Back. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site, and that workers are aware of and adhere to these regulations.
  • Estimate Costs: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and ensure that these are accurately reflected in project budgets.
  • Lead and Instruct: Lead and instruct individuals on site, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Site Environment: Outdoors, noisy environment.
