About the Role
Ryder is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer external and internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates.
- Recruiters are responsible for recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
- Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Two (2) years or more experience in full life-cycle recruiting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
- Demonstrates customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) at an intermediate level.
