About the Role

Ryder is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer external and internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates.
  • Recruiters are responsible for recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
  • Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years or more experience in full life-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
  • Demonstrates customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) at an intermediate level.
