Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care to patients with complex needs, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients with complex needs, including triaging, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in emergency nursing.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Recent experience in emergency nursing, with a focus on critical care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Current certification in BCLS and ACLS.
- Certification in TNCC, PALS, and ENC(C).
- Recent continuing education in emergency nursing.
- Experience with central venous line management.
Competitive salary range: $39.070 to $56.000.
