Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Head to join our team at DL Custom. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules and duty assignments to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages and optimize production.
- Quality Control: Direct quality control inspections to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of 16-20 employees, including contractors, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize production and reduce costs.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a production management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
