Production Manager

DL Custom is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Head to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement production schedules and duty assignments to ensure optimal production levels.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure a smooth supply chain.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including equipment maintenance and quality control inspections.
- Direct and supervise a team of 16-20 employees, including contractors, to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage the establishment of departmental budgets and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
- 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve production efficiency.
- Proficiency in computer software, including word processing, project management, and inventory control systems.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physically demanding work, requiring the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
