Diagnostic Imaging Technologist Job Description
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team at William Osler Health System. As a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform patient assessments and participate in the accurate maintenance of patient records
* Conduct daily quality control and ensure the highest standards of imaging quality
* Facilitate the provision of optimal patient care while observing and understanding hospital and departmental policies and procedures
* Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
**Qualifications**
* Current CMRITO and CAMRT registration
* Certified with Ontario Breast Screening Program required
* Mammography certification an asset
* Recent experience within the last two years
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical ability to perform the expected job duties
