- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs in emerging issues, evolving market trends, and regulatory drivers.
- Assess the position of our competitors and develop industry-leading insights to drive the development of differentiated, value-added technical solution strategies.
- Evolve and grow our focus on Climate Adaptation by supporting our technical and client teams, ensuring in-depth understanding of market needs, capturing data, and generating discussion that drive the client experience.
- Collaborate across sectors and accounts to drive profitable business growth, differentiated technological and business model developments for strategic pursuits, share best-practices across regions, and develop propositions across all our key client markets.
- Foster collaboration across our global presence in Climate Adaptation through coordination with leaders across other geographies and exchanging innovative approaches and compelling value propositions to accelerate growth and enhance our position in the respective market.
- Support the Global Climate Adaptation Solution Director in stimulating collaboration between global business areas to build global capability and teams.
- 10+ years of industry-leading consulting experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Planning. Master's Degree a plus.
- Recognized as a collaborative leader internally/externally.
- Deep understanding of Arcadis' leading technical solutions and the ability to develop and deliver compelling future-focused offerings to our clients.
- Ability to lead and motivate by influence.
- Strong business acumen, understanding of P&L and fundamentals of running a successful professional services business.
