We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Health Careers in Sask. This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our unit.
About the Role:

- Hours of Work: 7 shifts of 11.78 hours per 4 weeks

- Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 8 ($20,780 - $22,240)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides reception, clerical, portering, and cleaning duties to support the unit/department
- Ensures accurate and timely completion of tasks, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Maintains confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Medical Administrative Assistant diploma
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills
