Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships from new to renew, including onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Your primary objective will be to deepen the Miovision relationship across all stakeholders within assigned focus accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and ecosystems related to focus accounts.
- Successfully onboard, adopt, expand, and renew customers.
- Strategically manage assigned focus accounts to deepen the Miovision relationship.
- Document individual customer journeys and implementation processes with accuracy and data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology, engineering, or business development.
- 3+ years technical account management, project management, installation, or configuration in a technical field.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent account management and team building skills with strategic planning focus.
