New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company based in Canada, is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Architect to support the modernization of housing programs and technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business systems analysis, CRM and ERP system integration, data migration, process improvements, and reporting initiatives.

This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement expertise, and the ability to drive successful adoption of new systems and processes. Key responsibilities include analyzing and developing business architecture models for case management applications, facilitating CRM and ERP integration, and supporting reporting initiatives and data strategy development using business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive business analysis activities to assess the current and future states of related stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to support business needs.
  • Manage the development and implementation of required changes in the CRM system due to new integration requirements with enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
  • Provide change management support for CRM system upgrades and strategic initiatives aimed at process optimization and regulatory compliance.
  • Define technical project plans and collaborate with the Application Development team to oversee execution and successful delivery.
  • Coordinate project plans with relevant departments and enterprise systems to ensure seamless integration with broader organizational initiatives and technology platforms.
  • Elicit, document, and analyze business, stakeholder, and solution requirements from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop acceptance criteria, test plans, and test cases to validate solution enhancements and evaluate potential technology components.
  • Maintain and enhance business architecture to align with changes in organizational structures, processes, business rules, and systems.
  • Design and optimize business processes to improve operational support for technology solutions.
  • Lead the development of reporting and business intelligence solutions to address key information and analytics requirements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience working with enterprise-class CRM software products and delivering business analysis services to public sector clients, including government entities, public agencies, boards, or commissions. Experience in data conversion, process improvement, project management, and change management is also required.

The hourly rate range for this position is $75 - $105 per hour, with the final rate based on consultant experience and fit for the role. If you have the necessary expertise, please submit your resume for consideration.
