Food Service Supervisor: Lead Kitchen Team Member

As a Food Service Supervisor at Freshly Squeezed, you will play a key role in leading our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and customer service. We are looking for an experienced and skilled supervisor who can effectively manage and coordinate the activities of our staff to meet the needs of our customers.
About the RoleWe offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff, including training them in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, preparing budget and cost estimates, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. Additionally, you will prepare and submit reports, supervise and check assembly of trays, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
RequirementsTo be successful as a Food Service Supervisor at Freshly Squeezed, you will need:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
