We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Director to lead our production team at Ya YA Foods Corp (RP0001). This is a senior-level position that requires a strong understanding of production management principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

The Production Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production facility, ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards. This includes developing production schedules, evaluating daily operations, maintaining inventory, and planning and organizing daily operations. Additionally, this role involves directing quality control inspections, hiring, supervising, and training employees, as well as managing the establishment of departmental budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning of the production process
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, production volumes, and other key metrics
  • Direct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Hire, supervise, and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent shortages and optimize storage space
  • Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in production operations management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, disability benefits, life insurance, and a pension plan.
