Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales staff.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff
- Train and develop sales staff to meet sales targets
- Inventory Management
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
- Organize and maintain inventory in a clean and organized manner
- Sales and Customer Service
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
- Prepare reports on sales volumes and customer feedback
- Store Operations
- Establish work schedules and manage cash handling
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail sales environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
The Sales Supervisor will work in a retail service establishment with a permanent work term and 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
