About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our Development team. As a key member of our squad, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications. Your expertise will help us deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions using modern procedural languages such as C#, Java, or C++.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to estimate upcoming tasks and provide high-level design decisions.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers on code quality, coding standards, and implementation decisions.
  • Participate in technical architecture discussions to determine how to build new features into our applications.
  • Monitor, maintain, and support existing functionality by resolving defects and enhancing the user experience.

Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer or in a similar position.
  • Proven experience with coding solutions in modern procedural languages such as C#, Java, or C++.
  • Knowledge of basic SQL queries and experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL Queries is an asset.
  • Experience with Microsoft.NET Core, Microsoft.NET, ASP.NET, and Git source control is an asset.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
