Electrical Operations Manager

Westburne is a leading provider of energy solutions, renewables, lighting, wire & cable, automation, and connected network solutions. As the Electrical Operations Manager, you will oversee the sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting, and inventory of the branch. Reporting to the District Manager, you will provide direction, training, and coaching to all branch staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all personnel.
  2. Oversee the P&L of the branch, managing budgets, expenses & inventory.
  3. Ensure a high level of customer service.
  4. Ensure compliance from all employees with all health & safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  5. Be a Brand Ambassador by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated supervisory and sales experience.
  2. Proven record of achieving revenue targets.
  3. Strong communicator, problem-solver, and leader.
  4. Team player.
  5. Organized and excellent interpersonal skills.
  6. Electrical industry experience.
