Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electrical components and switchboards, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electrical components and switchboards according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform functional tests and inspections to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues and defects, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production team members to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities and quality control measures.
Requirements
  • 2-year diploma or equivalent in Electronics Technology or Electrical Engineering.
  • 1 year of experience in mechanical, electrical, and/or instrumentation technology.
  • Strong mechanical ability and control circuitry familiarity.
  • Knowledge of Statistical Quality Control Methods procedures.
  • Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, parts lists, and technical materials.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing processes and Six Sigma Tools.
  • Excellent attitude and commitment to quality, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Good PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
