CarePartners, one of Ontario's largest accredited home health care providers, is seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Therapist - Physiotherapy Role to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team.
About CarePartnersWe provide nursing, personal support, therapy, and rehabilitation support services for patients of all ages in homes, schools, clinics, workplaces, and retirement homes. With 24 locations and 22 nursing clinics, we care for approximately 72,000 patients each year.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, comprehensive health and dental benefits, employee assistance program, Perkopolis, rewards points, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth.
Job DescriptionAs a Rehabilitation Therapist - Physiotherapy Role, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care by conducting professional assessments of patients in the community and their homes, developing effective care plans, and working with patients to achieve measurable goals and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Master's degree (or equivalent) in physiotherapy from a recognized university
- Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Proven computer skills, including email, word processing, work scheduling systems
- Strong assessment skills and ability to participate in effective treatment programs
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- French language skills are an asset
