- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role, preferably with a strong track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, including yeast-based products, laminated doughs, and cake decorating methods.
- Proven attention to detail, creativity in food presentation, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work early mornings or variable hours as required, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
