About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at Goldview Property Management Ltd. As an Accounting Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain accurate records of employee benefits.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including statistical and financial reports.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, MS Office, and Yardi system.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
